This Refund Policy applies to all transactions and interactions with Eventlocal.io (the “Platform”), a SAAS-based event management, ticket booking, invitation, and management platform provided by GTS Infosoft LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Platform, you agree to abide by this Refund Policy.

1.1. Event Tickets: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for event tickets unless the event is canceled by the event organizer. In such cases, refunds will be issued directly by the organizer according to the event organizer’s policies.

1.2. Free Event Tickets: For events where tickets are provided free of charge, there are generally no ticket fees to refund. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for free event tickets. However, event organizers may have their own policies regarding free tickets, and attendees should review the event listing or contact the event organizer for additional information.

1.2. Service Fees: Service fees associated with ticket purchases are generally non-refundable. In cases where an event is canceled by the event organizer, service fees are non-refundable, however in special cases, it may be refunded at the discretion of the event organizer.

Event organizers are responsible for managing refund requests and processing refunds according to their policies.

Contacting Event Organizer: If you believe that a refund should be provided for a valid reason, such as event cancellation or other qualifying circumstances, we recommend that you promptly contact the event organizer through the contact information provided on the event listing or ticket purchase confirmation.

4.1. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the availability of refunds for any event tickets or services, whether paid or free. Refund eligibility and policies are determined by event organizers.
